She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Westfall; and her husband Clifford Smith. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Westfall; her siblings, Theodore Westfall Jr., Kurt Westfall, Michael Westfall and Kimberly O'Keefe; and her children, Danielle Westfall, Chelsie Salvatore, Chad DeWitt and Colt Dewitt. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.
