She was predeceased by: her parent Harley Gallup. She is survived by: her parent Ella Gallup (Johnson); her grandson Tanner Siemons; her husband Jack; her daughter Raquel Siemons (Welch); her husband Gary; and her siblings, Noreen (Estes), Carol (Connor) and William Gallup (Bill). She is also survived by spouses and children.
