He was predeceased by: his father Ronald F Patterson Sr. of Windsor, VT; and his grandparents, Zane and Dolly Campbell of Lyme, NH.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Campbell Porter (Campbell) of Fairlee, VT; his brother Ronald Patterson Jr. of Orford, NH; his nieces and nephews, Jocelyn, Jacoby Patterson of Orford and Kimberly Scholer of New York; his aunts, Christie Campbell Adams of Fairlee, VT and Julie Campbell Bell of Orford, NH; his cousins, Lukas Bell of Charlestown, SC, Chad Peavey of Claremont, NH and Ty Peavey of Enfield, NH; and his close friends, Steve Pushee of Lyme, NH and Scott Hammond of Brownsville, VT..

The family wishes to thank all the caregivers and staff at DHMC and in particular the COVID-ICU Unit.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rivendell Academy Athletics in Orford, NH in memory of Tony Patterson.
