He was predeceased by: his father John Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his mother Kay A. Fitzpatrick (Seely) of Salem, NH; his wife Wendy (Storey) of Nottingham, NH; his sisters, Maureen Boggiatto of Salem, NH, Kathleen McInerney (Thomas) of Billerica, Eileen Baxter of Salem, NH and Coreen Demarco of Haverhill, MA; and his mother-in-law June Storey of North Reading, MA.. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
