He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray A. Witham and Frances Witham (Selvey); and his brother Murray Witham. He is survived by: his wife Donna Witham (Clark) of Northwood; his children, Elaine Hodgdon (David) of Northwood, Eric Witham (Amanda) of Barnstead, Karen Witham (Bobby Bilodeau) of Dallastown, PA and Christopher LePage (Debbie) of Epsom; his siblings, Anne Kustron (John) of Alfred, ME, Donald Witham (Lora) of Humansville, MO, Marguerite Martinez (Marty) of San Antonio, TX, Lloyd Witham (Karen) of Northwood and Linda Daley (Mike) of Sun City, AZ; his grandchildren, Carissa Hodgdon (Evan Nadeau) and Cora Hodgdon; and his great grandchild Iyla Rollins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
