“To the family of Francene (Fran). I am deeply saddened by the news of her passing. I worked with her for many years. Had some good laughs and conversations. Just recently exchanged numbers to go out to catch up. I'll forever be regretful that I missed my chance. One of many memories I have and will never forget it....she would sing "Roxannnneeee" by The Police. If you can imagine a quiet office and her vocals you'll be sure to smile. She will be missed. My deepest sympathy to all who knew her.”
