She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rooney and Edith Rooney (McKiel). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen C. Mitchell (Joanne) of Holderness, NH and Gregory C. Mitchell of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her granddaughters, Carys and Kellen Mitchell; and her former husband Charles Mitchell.
