She is survived by: her parents, Norman Carl and Myrtle May Kelly (Placey); her husband Cecil A. Bartlett of Stratford; her children, Barbara Worster of Guildhall, VT, Norman Bartlett of North Stratford, Gregory Bartlett of Berlin and Lorraine Bartlett of North Stratford; and her siblings, Floyd Kelly of Lunenburg, VT, Reggie Kelly of Monroe and Hilda St. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
