It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa P. Kowalczyk (North Hampton, New Hampshire), born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patrick and Mary Patrick (Michael); her siblings, James Patrick and Mary Patrick of Wrentham, MA; and her brother-in-law Steve Kowalczyk.
She is survived by: her sibling Notre Dame; her husband Walter Kowalczyk of North Hampton; her sister Joanne Ostrowski of Baltimore, MD; and her sister-in-law Angela Kowalczyk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of traditional remembrances donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
