She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McLaughlin and Jessie McLaughlin (McCarthy); her husband Charles Fremont Rowell; and her siblings, Patricia Spalding, Jean Vallette, David McLaughlin and Agnes Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Haley (William) of Exeter, Jeffrey Rowell (Cheryl) of Fremont, David Rowell (Kathy) of Eliot, ME and Diane Warner (Mark); her sister Mona Spalding of Newburyport, MA; her sister-in-law Judy McLaughlin of Newton; her grandchildren, Shaun, Kelly, Jackson, Sophie, Olivia and Amelia; and her great grandchildren, Christian and Camilla.
