He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Jane Del Maestro and Clare Kauppi; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Barbara Lilly of Dover, N. H.; his daughter Suzanne; his son-in-law Roland Young of Pembroke, N. H.; his son Mark Lilly of Plano, Texas; and his grandchildren, Lucia Step, Kate Turk, Sarah Hildebrandt, Timothy Lagoy, Brenna Lilly, Emily Lilly, Isadora Lilly, Alexander Lilly and Nicolai Lilly.
After building a foundation of knowledge at IBM, Dick made a name for himself as a successful businessman and visionary in the manufacturing software industry.
