He is survived by: his wife Denise Bulmer Courville; his sons, Ryan, Michael and Adam; his stepsons, Stevie and Cameron; and his former wife Gail Barlow Courville. He is also survived by wives; and 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in honor of Richard to help support the launch of his next vision and legacy: The Richard G. Courville Foundation to provide Nursing Scholarships and support educational opportunities for careers in healthcare.
