He was predeceased by: his wife Florence A. (Raymond); his parents, Wilfred Bouchard and Alice Bouchard (Belanger); his son Thomas A. Ryan (Lance Corporal); and his son-in-law David Megowen.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Doyle of Dracut, Cheryl Alves (Mark) of Coventry, RI, Cathy Nelson of Greenfield, Paula Bouchard (Donna Dalton) of Lowell, Dennis Bouchard of Turners Falls and Denise Bouchard of Turners Falls; and his girlfriend Arlene Ouimet of North Hampton, NH.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
