It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lenore A. Joubert (North Hampton, New Hampshire), born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Tomkinson and Agnes Tomkinson (Scully); her husband Theodore W. "Teddy" Joubert, Jr.; her son Scott Joubert; and her brothers, Kenny and Richard Tomkinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Beaupre (Derek) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Michael, Ryan Armstrong, Shannon Beaupre, Teddy and Noelle Joubert; her great grandchild Wyatt Armstrong; and her siblings, Barbara Roberts of Florida and Michael Tomkinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
