He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chase and Ruth Chase (Rowe); his son Allen; and his brothers, Charles and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Chase (Fizer); his children, Debra Chase of Rye, Daniel of Hampton, David (Deborah) of North Hampton and Brian of Hampton; his grandchildren, Stefanie Biron, Nathan, Jason, Megan Chase, Josh, Ben Chase, Jessica, Murray, Michael Biron and Lisa Chase; and his siblings, Thomas Chase (Lori), Jane Andrews and Muriel Consigli.
