He is survived by: his spouse Maryka Ford of North Hampton; his son Patrick Casey of Newton, NH; his stepchildren, Christopher Barnard (Anda Veverbrants) of Cambridge, MA, Colin Barnard (Melissa) of Hampton and Erin Barnard of Portsmouth; and his brothers, John (Rose) of Hull, MA, James (Susan) of Arlington, MA, William (Mary) of Grantham, NH and Thomas (Paula) of Bourne, MA. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many nieces and nephews and their children.
