He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Lewis and Gertrude E. Lewis (Sweeney); and his grandson Dustin Farrell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lewis (Pivonski) of North Hampton; his children, Kerry Lewis (Shannon) of Seabrook, Robin Farrell of Danvers, MA and Todd Lewis of Fuquay Varina, NC; his brother Robert Lewis (Rita) of Wilmington, MA; and his grandson Derek Farrell of Danvers, MA..
