He is survived by: his wife Kelly Jean Smith; his children, Vanessa Smith, Jacqueline Brown and Dale Smith (Jessica Smith) of Effingham; his grandchildren, Kyle, Charlotte-Ann, Kolby, Kobe, Natasha, Timothy, Owen, Xander and Alleira; and his siblings, Richard Buswell (Pam Buswell) of Effingham, Ricky Buswell of Effingham, Robin Buswell (Amanda Buswell) of Freedom and Melody Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
