It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Berthel of Newton, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Berthel; her parents, Ruby Carbone and George Carbone; her adoptive father Everett Whipple Senior; and her siblings, Richard Carbone, Albert Carbone, James Whipple and Lorraine Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Burke of Pelham, NH, Lynn-Ann (William Credit) of Salem, NH, Robert (Sue Berthel) of East Kingston, NH, Jill (Eric Nash) of Linton and Norman Berthel Jr. (Alfred Leitao) of Fremont, NH; and her siblings, Everett (Sharlene) of Florida, Laura Watson of Pelham, NH and Robert Whipple of Salem, NH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
