Phelps (Letourneau); his children, Kimberly Swarts (Donald) of Ware, MA, Scott Phelps of Nashua, NH and Kristen Malvey (John) of Newton, NH; his brother John Phelps (Pamela) of Louisville, KY; his sister-in-law Evelyn Dupuis (Donald) of Bridgton, ME; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lefevre (Nicholas), Meaghan (Ryan Swarts), Dylan (Casey Phelps) and Domenic (Brooke Malvey).
