John Caiazza Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Caiazza and Marion Caiazza (Caruso); and his brothers, Michael Caiazza, Dr. Stephen Caiazza and Matthew Caiazza.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Caiazza (Catalanotto); his son Paul; his daughter-in-law Mary Caiazza of Boxford, MA; and his siblings, Nick (Fay Caiazza), Donald (Gail Caiazza), Marianne Caiazza of Lowell, MA, Joanna (Steven Bell) and Rosemary (Peter O'Brien). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Saint Anne's Parish Charitable Outreach Program, 26 Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH.
