He is survived by: his wife Carole Carley (Champney); his children, Jim Carley (Heather) of Newport and Christine Blaine (Jeffrey) of Unity; and his brothers, Edward (Susan Carley), Michael (Alice Carley) of Lake Wales and William (Linda Carley) of Newport.
