He is survived by: his parents, George Kelley and Jeannette Kelley (Gagne); his great-niece Hannah Jean Ruthenberg; his sisters, Jodi Kelley Hoyt (David) and Pamela Kelley of Newport; his nieces and nephews, Dustin Holmes, Braytn Kelley of Newport, Amanda Perry of South Royalton, VT, Rebecca Holmes Ruthenberg (Eric) of Merrimack, NH and Meghan Holmes Pike (Shane) of Croydon, NH; his great-uncle Shawn; and his close friend Brenda Boivin of Milton, VT. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his countless friends.
