He is survived by: his sons, Carl Speer (Robin) of Croydon, NH and Andrew Speer of Rutland, MA; his sister Nancy Speer of Newtown, CT; his grandchildren, CJ, Chelsea and Austin; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole and Morgan; his stepgreat-grandson Carson; and his caregivers, Dawn and Shelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
