He is survived by: his wife Jane Shackett (Barrett) of Newport, NH; his children, Heather Locher of Newport, NH and Randall Scott of Las Vegas, NV; and his granddaughters, Shari Shackett, Staci Shackett and Megan Locher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
