He was predeceased by: his wife Helga Burby. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hemingway; his children, Thomas Burby (Judy) of North Carolina, Mike Hemingway (Linda) of Newport and Dodi Violette (Dani) of Newport; his granddaughter Abigail Meghan Burby; and his friends, Sebby and Audrey.
