She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Fortune and Amanda (Larouche); her husband Leroy Ervin Smith, Jr. (Smitty); her daughters, Nancy Fellows (Merlin) and Lynda Richardson (Bruce); her grandchildren, Christina Harbour (Lance), Michael Fellows, Melanie Sartwell (Craig), Corina Ouellette (Ken Mello) and Darlene Dodge (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Brandon Odell (Amy), Kayla Brehio, Kristofer Maley, Candice Mason (Roz), Samantha Lacaillade (Nicholas), Brianna Dodge and Alexis Ouellette; and her great great grandchildren, Brayden Maley, Weston, Wyatt Brehio, Dawson, Oliver Odell and Nicholas Lacaillade, Jr.. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family and great friends.
