We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022, at the age of 75, Richard M. Holmes of Newport, New Hampshire, born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Dee Holmes; his son Rich Holmes (Kim); his grandchildren, Thomas, Taylor and Ben of Allendale, NJ; and his siblings, Daniel Holmes of Niceville, FL and Lynn Conway of Harrisburg, PA..

Donations in his honor can be made to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (http://www.projecthealingwaters.org), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing.
