He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sister-in-law Sandee; his nephew Brent (Pam); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Scott, Ben, Jen, Jeremy, Alex, Jessica and Mitchell; his nephew Brad (Debbie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brian and Brenden; his cousin Terry (Charlie); his sister Brenda; his friends, Chuck Tatro, Sr., Scott Richardson, Eric Jackson and Barry Gay; his wife's child Shawn; his friends, John, Robin Oulette, Al Urista, Pam Kelly and Shirley Davis; his caregivers, Jo-Jo, Sharon and Robin; and also Sheila. He is also survived by spouses and children.
