He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mulvey and Marie Mulvey (Jarvis); his significant other Deborah Slack; his brothers, Steven and Jim Mulvey; and his grandson Michael Slack.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Tenney (Ricky); his grandsons, Noah and Ethan Trombley; his children, Paris, Addison Mulvey, Travis Bunnell Jr. and Sarah Oberfelt; his grandchildren, Cody Gales, Kayla, Ryan, Skylar and Kamden Goodell; his children, Philip Mulvey, Kayin, Landon, Karson, Matthew Slack and Lilliandra Slack (Tanner Ballard); his brothers, Darren Mulvey and Kerry Mulvey; his niece Amanda Mulvey; and his nephew Chris Zobryd.
