Katherine Sanborn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 89, Katherine Sanborn of Newport, New Hampshire, born in Bradford, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clement and Martha Blake (Gillingham); her husband Harry Madison Sanborn Sr.; and her sisters, June Merrill, Patricia Chambers and Shirley Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Sanborn Jr. (Diane), William Sanborn Sr. (Susan) and Joanne Miller; her grandchildren, Kate, Harry III, Andrew Sanborn, Jessica Lane, William Jr., Matthew Sanborn, Jackson and Madison Miller; her great grandchildren, Viola, Aidan, Brayden, Cameron, Tyler and Cooper; and her sister Marion DeRoche.
We will be forever grateful to each of you for taking such great care of our loving Mother and Grandmother, especially during COVID when visits were limited.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Katherine's name may be made to one of the following organizations: Richard's Free Library, Newport, NH, Newport Historical Society or the Newport Service Organization.
