He is survived by: his wife Ammie Chartier of Unity; his sons, Jeremiah Chartier Jr. (Alexandra) of Unity and Andrew Chartier of Unity; his brother Gene Chartier (Heidi) of Sunapee; his half-siblings, Jeff Chartier (Karen) and Sue Ann Chartier; and his aunts and uncles, Forrest Smith (Brenda) of Unity, Norman Smith (Susan) of Newport, Nancy Shepard (Ricky) of Goshen and Mary Lewis of Newport. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
