We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2022, at the age of 77, David Merrill Ackerman Sr. of Newport, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Ackerman and Frances Ackerman (Bacon); his son Joseph Ackerman; and his great grandchild Chenoa Ames-Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Ackerman (Vashaw) of Newport, NH; his children, Anna Ackerman Lallo (Joe) of New London, CT, Lisa Beauregard (Kevin) of Venice, FL, Maryann Coyne (Aaron) of Clovis, CA, David M. Ackerman, Jr. (Jessica) of Venice, FL, Christopher Ackerman (Jessica) of Evans City, PA, Phillip Ackerman (Bethany) of Rimersburg, PA and John Ackerman (Elizabeth) of Newport, NH.; and his siblings, Frank Ackerman of Cornish, NH, Richard Ackerman (Cathy) of Davenport, FL, Norma Garcia of Cornish, NH and Joyce Bielarski of Claremont, NH. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
