We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 91, Celestine Wiggins of Newport, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kennedy (Pa) and Elizabeth Kennedy (McGranaghan); her husband Frank E. Wiggins; her son Peter Wiggins; and her siblings, Bill Kennedy (Tomi), Helen Pariseau (Harold), Pat Dozier (Jim), Winnie Dignam (Bill), Edward Kennedy, Marion Kennedy and John Kennedy.

She is survived by: her children, Frank Wiggins (Gail), Patryc Wiggins and Marie Wiggins; her grandchildren, Jason Wiggins, Kristin Spanos, Ian Wiggins, Austin Willis, Ethan Johnson and Gage Wiggins; her sister-in-law Marlene Kennedy; and also, Scot, German and Irish. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
