He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Sr. Blanchard and May Blanchard. He is survived by: his friend Marlene; his children, Michelle, Tammy and Brian (Leslie); his grandchildren, Shannon, Breezy, Zachary and Marine Cody O'brian; his siblings, Stanley (Cathy), Gail and Gary (Deana); his great grandchildren, Blake and Brady; and also Cap. He is also survived by His family, friends.
