He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstanty Koziell and Jadwiga Koziell; and his brothers, Wicktor and John. He is survived by: his brother Joe; his children, Paul, Peter, Sophia, Nicholas and Natalie; his grandchild Isiah; and his friend Joe.
In lieu of any flowers, Bill's family requests that donations be made to the Newport Area Association Food Pantry located at 95 South Main Street in Newport.
