He is survived by: his mother Beverly Fraser (Blish) of Kenneth City, FL; his son Dustin Fraser (Rachel Barnes) of Petaluma, CA; his former wife Heather Fraser of Lodi, CA; his sister Amy Philbrook of Newport, NH; his nieces, Jilian Miller, Hayley Philbrook and Gail Fraser of Kenneth City, FL; his brother Ralph Dyke; his cousin Steve Blish; his brother-in-law Nelson Stackpole; his nephews, Christoper and Timothy Stackpole; and his parents-in-law, Robert Billings of Charlestown, NH, Patricia Conroy of Claremont, NH, Roxanne Seale of Sunapee, NH and Melissa Bean of Charlestown, NH. He is also survived by many other cousins and extended family.
