She was predeceased by: her parents, George K. LaShomb and Barbara LaShomb (Synder); her daughter Barbara; and her siblings, Herbert, Brenda and Sharon.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Lizak Jr. of Newmarket; her daughters, Angela Shanholtzer of Kittery Point, ME and Diana of Florida; and her siblings, Lawrence LaShomb of Exeter, Ricky LaShomb of Seabrook, George LaShomb of Seabrook and Deanna St. Laurent of Fremont. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
