She is survived by: her children, Catherine Hendrickx Fisher (Les), Debbie Hendrickx Smith (Randall) and Thomas Hendrickx (Melissa); her husband Philip Hendrickx; her daughter Karen; her grandchildren, Amara Fisher (Saied Haddad), Jessica Sousa (Nick), Alexis Duncan (Theo), Jacob Smith and Zackary Hendrickx (Laura); her great grandchildren, Miles, Quincy Sousa, Isla, Clara Duncan, Avery and Sloane Hendrickx; her friend Ann DiFilippo (Farrell); her brother Thomas Farrell (Peggy); and her sisters-in-law, Betty and Joanne Farrell.
