He is survived by: his parents, James C. McCullough Jr. and Lori McCullough (Bond); his grandparents, Deborah Hawkins Warnock (Steven) of Epping and James C. McCullough Sr. (Sheila Hannon McCullough) of Dunnellon, FL; his brother Sam J. McCullough of Newmarket; his uncle Chris Bond of Rochester; and his aunts, Jennifer McCullough of Epping, Erin Agnello of Stratham, Heather Haddka of Cambridge, MA and Jodi Morin of Northwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cory Monzingo Foundation which benefits research for DSRCT.
