He is survived by: his daughter Judith Merrill-Smith (Christopher Smith); his grandson Ross Smith of Sault Ste; his children, Lee Merrill (Megan Gulla) of Litchfield, NH, Gregory Merrill (Mary Scully) and Erika Merrill of Dracut, MA.; and his siblings, Marshall Jr. (Brud), Charles Merrill and Lucy Young.
