He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kustra (Misty) and Bertha Kustra (Szeliga); and his brothers, Alan and Scott Kustra. He is survived by: his wife Clara Kustra (Dennett); his sons, Gary (Heather) and Mark Kustra; his grandchildren, Kyle Kustra and Kaycie Kustra; his stepgrandsons, Mathew and Michael Casterson; and his siblings, Gerard Kustra, Carol Goss and Donna Kustra. He is also survived by aunt, several nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
