He was predeceased by: his father John Pomeroy; and his brother Craig Pomeroy. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Pomeroy (Morin) of Newmarket; his wife Sherry Pomeroy (Harvey) of Newmarket; his children, Chad Pomeroy of Newmarket and Lyndsey Chandavong (Freedom) of Berwick, ME; his grandchildren, Julia, Cole, Leighton, Bennett and Chase; his brother Keith Pomeroy (Dee) of Rochester; his parents-in-law, Roger and Judith Harvey of Newmarket; and his siblings-in-law, David Harvey (Luanne Shockley), Sandy Pomeroy of Newmarket and Penny Botterman (Eric) of Newmarket. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
