He was predeceased by: his mother Antonetta Costigan (Falzone). He is survived by: his child Ashton Costigan; his father Edward F. Costigan of Amesbury; and his siblings, Edward T. Costigan (Elizabeth Pickering) and Patricia Moore (Mark). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
