Scott Zak of Boston, Timothy Zak, Stephanie Chmielinski (Richard) and Gregory Zak of Port St; his grandchildren, Alaina Chmielinski and Lia Chmielinski; his girlfriend Mary Lloyd-Evans of New London; and his girlfriend's son Peter Lloyd-Evans (Anne).
