He is survived by: his wife Tami; his daughters, Ashley (David Martin) and Allison (William Earl); his sister Lani; his brother-in-law Robert Wolterstorff; his nieces and nephews, Ian and India; his brother David; his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Meagan; his aunt Barbara Hong; his sister-in-law Laurie; his brother-in-law Chris; his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Logan and August; his parents-in-law, Doug, Phyllis Burnham, Donna and George Cote; and also Caley.
