He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Warren. He is survived by: his parents, Merrill F. Manning and Ruth Manning (Cheney); his wife Elaine Manning (Greeley) of Sutton Mills, NH; and his sons, Bruce Manning of Roanoke, VA, Carl Manning of Manchester, NH and Bernie Manning of Fremont, MI. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
