He is survived by: his children, Bob Newkirk (Caroline), Susan Newkirk, Lee MacLachlan, Trip Shriver (Ulka) and Ann Sargent (David); his grandchildren, Corinne Lizotte (Josh), Catherine Raymond (Matthew), Jessica Smeltz (Zack), Tucker Sargent, Timothy Sargent, Charlotte Sargent, Nathan Pope, Joanna Wallace (Jeff), Rachel Porelle (Michael), Christina Pope (Miguel Pantoja), Jared Pope, Andrew Pope, Rebecca Jantzi (Adrian) and Sabina Shriver; and also, Lee, Trip and Ann.
