He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl McGuirk and Edna Hazel Petteys McGuirk; his wife Vera McGuirk; his daughter Linda; his grandson James; and his grandson-in-law Erik.
He is survived by: his son James Wilson; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Patricia, Linda Marie, Jaime, Lindsay, Ethan and Lucas.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. J. Cunningham Funeral Home (4898 NY-81, Greenville, NY 12083). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (4987 NY-81, Greenville, NY 12083).
