He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk M. Heath and Evelyn E. Heath (Rollins); his sister Eleanor; his brother-in-law Kenneth Butcher; and his daughter Donna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Izzo (Steve) and Susan Carpenter (Mike); his grandchildren, Ashley (Hank), Megan (Travis), Steven and Jillian; his great grandchildren, Madison, William, Charlotte and Hadley; and his brother Richard Heath (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
